IT Server Administrator / Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Server Administrator who will also act as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer. The role involves planning, implementing and supporting a wide range of infrastructure projects while ensuring high availability and security of our data‑center services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and lead IT infrastructure projects, including migration, upgrade and post‑deployment support.
• Manage server, storage, virtualization and operating‑system upgrade initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline deployment, monitoring and routine maintenance.
• Standardize configurations and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies to enhance reliability, scalability and security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Global IT teams on technology rollouts and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Oversee daily data‑center operations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of production systems.
• Administer core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS and SFTP.
• Monitor and maintain backup solutions (CommVault) and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Implement security controls, access management, endpoint protection and secure storage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data‑center operations and global IT governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and follow change‑management processes.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on documentation and compliance.

Required skills

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
