IT Onsite Technician (L2) – Shanghai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive L2 Onsite IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support to end‑users at our customer site in Shanghai. You will work directly on‑site, handling a wide range of hardware and software issues while ensuring a smooth and productive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and workplace equipment.
• Assist with video‑conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones and projectors.
• Install, configure and maintain devices and standard software such as Windows, Microsoft 365 and iOS.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Provide walk‑up desk or kiosk support when required.
• Manage assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle tickets and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Install, upgrade, repair and maintain PCs, printers, servers and data‑center equipment.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of IT experience or equivalent.
• Strong relationship‑building and time‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with operating systems, applications and hardware installation and troubleshooting.
