International Logistic Coordinator

About the role
The International Logistic Coordinator supports Alstom's supply chain by acting as the key contact for the ATSA manufacturing site, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries, and improving end‑to‑end logistic flows.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor supplier deliveries against production requirements, manage non‑compliance, and build preventive action plans.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, supervise transportation activities, ensure customs compliance, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Participate in sourcing decisions on logistics aspects, design packaging solutions, and support EHS requirements.
Required profile
- University degree in international transport or supply chain.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience, fluent in English.
- Motivated, hard‑working, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required skills
- SAP (preferred)
- Ariba system for delivery confirmation
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
