Internal Auditor – Retail Business

About the role

As a Store Auditor you will lead the global store audit programme across Sonova’s retail network in China. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements, identify operational risks and provide data‑driven recommendations to protect assets and improve store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual store audit cycles based on risk assessments and KPIs.
• Conduct continuous data monitoring to detect anomalies and emerging risks.
• Perform on‑site audits of store processes, controls and compliance with legal standards.
• Develop actionable recommendations to reduce fraud, optimise operations and safeguard company assets.
• Prepare and present audit reports, summaries and presentations for senior management and store teams.
• Carry out special audits and investigations as ad‑hoc compliance or fraud issues arise.
• Collaborate with the global audit community to share best practices and align with international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to senior stakeholders.
