Integral Project Leader

About the role

You will lead complex, integral projects from inception to market introduction or internal delivery, aligning with Philips' strategic objectives across multiple business domains and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for projects and related programs, articulating schedules and interdependencies for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and manage escalations as needed.
• Apply daily management and problem‑solving methods, driving innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• Report KPIs, track progress, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (business or engineering preferred).
• 8+ years of engineering/R&D project management experience leading large, complex programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Agile.
• Technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical design for consumer products.
• Risk, issue and change management.
