ICAPS Administrator - FPSO Kaminho

About the role

Saipem is recruiting an ICAPS Administrator for the FPSO Kaminho project at the CMHI yard in Nantong, China. The role coordinates the completion of plant process and utilities systems so they can be handed over to the commissioning team, coordinating all construction disciplines within the project plan and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the completion of plant process and utilities systems and their handover to the commissioning team, coordinating construction disciplines and interfacing with Heads of Departments, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, and ensure project quality and contractual requirements are met.
• Set up tools to track the progressive completion of construction and pre-commissioning activities, and guide and monitor field activities according to commissioning priorities.
• Plan walkthroughs with the client and involved disciplines to identify actions needed for mechanical completion.
• Steer coordination meetings to optimise system completion or find alternative solutions to problems.
• Manage completion punch lists, including yes and no items, and prepare the certificate dossiers required for mechanical completion.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of experience as an ICAPS Administrator in the oil and gas industry.
• English language skills; other languages specified by the project.
