About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement and project work. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop a career in HR.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement and other HR‑related projects.
- Support daily HR activities and assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business and people‑related needs.
- Analyze HR data and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Fresh graduate with strong learning ability and willingness to grow in HR.
- Good communication and coordination skills, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
