职位概况
负责电源业务组的人力资源业务合作伙伴（HRBP），深度对接AI服务器电源研发、量产及供应链业务，匹配人力与组织需求，支撑业务目标实现。
主要职责
- 深度对接业务线，优化组织架构与人员编制，搭建核心人才梯队。
- 独立完成高端人才的寻访、面试、谈薪、入职全流程，补齐招聘缺口。
- 落地业务适配的绩效体系，开展评优、奖金发放及专项激励。
- 制定并执行分层培训体系，跟进核心人才培养与职业发展。
- 常态化开展员工沟通与关怀，排查劳资风险，规范人事流程。
- 定期输出人力数据报表，复盘招聘、人效及人员流转问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先，电子、自动化、硬件制造背景加分。
- 3-5年专职HR招聘经验，深耕AI服务器电源或高端硬件行业，具备全流程招聘实操经验。
- 熟悉行业人才资源、人脉及精准招聘渠道，拥有电源研发团队批量招聘案例者优先。
- 具备优秀的高端人才识别、谈判、留存及风险预判能力。
- 抗压性强、执行力高，逻辑清晰，服务意识佳，工作严谨细致。
