职位概况
负责理解业务部门的战略规划、组织结构及人员需求，为组织发展提供全方位的人才选用、培养和保留方案，提升员工满意度与归属感。
主要职责
- 分析业务部门需求，制定并落地人才招聘、培养、保留方案。
- 通过组织诊断，推动组织结构优化、治理提升及能力建设。
- 推动企业文化建设，提升组织活力。
- 研究行业标杆与内部HR数据，持续优化HR政策、流程及数字化产品。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，互联网或汽车行业背景优先。
- 3年以上HRBP或组织发展（OD）工作经验。
- 具备人才选拔、体系管理、胜任力管理经验，熟悉OD方法论并有组织变革实践。
- 逻辑思维强，能够推动战略落地，热爱快速发展的业务环境。
- 具备高科技、软件、互联网或销售组织的HRBP经验者加分。
必备技能
- 良好的人际沟通与协作能力。
- 熟练使用HR相关数据分析工具。
