职位概况

负责为业务部门提供针对性的人力资源解决方案，支持招聘、培训、绩效考核、员工关系及企业文化建设等工作。

主要职责

了解业务部门战略，制定并落实HR方案。
负责招聘、培训、绩效管理、员工关系及文化氛围建设。
推动人才发展项目的实施。
按流程执行人事相关工作。
完成团队及部门安排的其他任务。

任职要求

全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上商业地产HRBP经验。
熟悉招聘、绩效管理、文化建设等至少两个模块，绩效管理优先。
具备业务理解力、洞察力，能从外部市场和内部业务角度制定HR方案。
具备组织与人员诊断能力，能提出并落地改进方案。
优秀的沟通协调和关系建立能力，能适应多任务多角色工作环境。
自驱力强，学习适应快，抗压能力佳。
