HR Trainee Intern (Talent Acquisition Support)

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is looking for an HR trainee intern in Shanghai. The role supports the TA team with recruitment activities and covers platform management, job posting, resume screening, talent mapping and initial phone interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the TA team with recruitment, including platform management, JD posting, resume screening, talent mapping and preliminary phone interviews
• Handle external HR communications and follow up on the latest recruitment policies and regulations
• Maintain common recruitment systems and keep data accurate and up to date
• Support employer branding, talent pool building and other recruitment projects

Required profile

• Graduate of the 2027 cohort
• Responsible, careful and proactive, with clear organisation and good communication and learning ability
• Open personality, good stress resistance and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to attend offline three days per week; continuous six-month internship preferred
• Strong interest in human resources, attention to detail, professional conduct and confidentiality
• Experience in HR or recruitment internships preferred
