APAC Project Coordinator (Contract, 8 Months)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an APAC Project Coordinator (third-party contractor, 8-month term) based in Shanghai. The role supports regional HR initiatives such as leadership training, talent development and employee engagement, coordinating with APAC HR leaders and business partners and delivering quality project results.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional HR initiative planning and execution, managing timelines, milestones and action trackers.
• Coordinate with APAC HR leaders, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders, organize meetings and follow up on decisions.
• Support administrative logistics for regional leadership, talent, engagement and recognition programs, keeping documentation and governance materials.
• Plan and run employee communication and cultural initiatives, including newsletters, stories and internal campaigns.
• Create communication materials (PPT, event resources, executive briefings) and use digital channels to raise program visibility.
• Consolidate HR data, prepare reports and dashboards and visualize trends to support workforce planning and regional decisions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of work experience and a bachelor's degree or above in HR, psychology, business, communications or a related field.
• Strong spoken and written English, able to present professionally to regional stakeholders.
• Experience in a multicultural setting and adaptability to cross-cultural collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast pace.
• Interest in HR, talent management, leadership development, employee experience or organizational effectiveness; basic data analysis and reporting skills preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday, Visier or other data/reporting platforms is a plus.
