负责业务部门的人力资源全链路工作，支持业务团队招聘、培训、绩效及员工关系等，推动公司文化建设与业务高速发展。

主要职责

负责业务部门的招聘，建立人才库，满足招聘需求。
深入了解业务运营，推动人力资源战略在业务部门的落地。
设计人员成长路径，制定并实施人才发展计划。
为业务团队提供招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等全方位HR解决方案。
推动公司文化建设，支持业务快速发展。

任职要求

统招全日制本科以上学历，5年及以上人力资源工作经验。
有餐饮行业工作经验者优先。
熟悉人力资源各模块，具备招聘、绩效等实操经验。
了解国家人力资源政策、法律法规。
自我驱动，思考力强，能承受较大工作压力，适应快速节奏。
