About the role
We are seeking an internationally‑focused HR Business Partner to support Mars Renewable’s rapid global expansion. The role blends hands‑on HR execution with strategic partnership, helping leaders attract, develop, and retain top talent across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for local and expatriate positions across technical and corporate functions.
- Advise business leaders on organisational structure, culture, and change initiatives.
- Design and implement talent‑development and leadership programmes.
- Support performance‑management, employee‑engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and streamline HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to compensation strategies and global‑mobility frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of HR experience, preferably as a recruiter or HRBP in energy, manufacturing or high‑tech.
- Proven experience supporting international or cross‑cultural teams.
- Strong interpersonal communication and business sense (a plus).
