About the role

We are looking for an internationally minded HR Business Partner to support Mars Renewable’s global growth. This role is ideal for someone with cross‑border HR experience and a strong understanding of international work environments. It combines hands‑on HR execution with strategic business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for local and expat positions across technical and corporate functions.
• Advise business leaders on organizational structure, culture, and change initiatives.
• Design and implement talent development and leadership programs.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and streamline HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to compensation strategies and global mobility frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience, ideally as a recruiter or HRBP in energy, manufacturing, or high‑tech.
• Proven experience supporting international or cross‑cultural teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication and business sense (a plus).
