职位概况
博世集团在上海招聘热交换器专家，负责热交换器的结构设计、性能仿真及优化，确保产品符合制造要求并在全球项目中推广应用。
主要职责
- 开展热交换器的开发与结构设计，进行性能模拟与迭代优化。
- 结合制造工艺，实现设计可制造性。
- 在UAES联合团队现场协作，支持客户项目的热管理模块落地。
- 完成项目交付后，独立负责技术领域并支援全球团队。
任职要求
- 能源工程或机械工程学位，硕士学历优先。
- 至少两年热管理产品开发经验。
- 熟悉热管理子组件选型、接口设计及系统架构。
- 具备热系统测试与验证方法的实践经验。
- 英语流利，德语可加分。

- 面向制造的设计（DFM）
- 热管理系统测试与验证
