Global Supply Chain Manager – Labeling MNC

About the role

The role leads global demand planning and forecasting, driving the monthly S&OP process across multiple sites. It aligns demand, supply, inventory and capacity plans while partnering with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive global demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process across regions.
• Align demand, supply, inventory and capacity plans.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure integrated planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy and establish planning governance.
• Develop inventory optimisation strategies and identify supply risks.
• Standardise planning processes across manufacturing sites.
• Establish KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Support ERP and supply‑chain digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years of supply‑chain planning or operations experience.
• Proven expertise in S&OP and demand‑planning processes.
• Background in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Experience managing regional or global supply‑chain activities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
