职位概况
我们正在寻找具备丰富Flutter与Android开发经验的移动端开发工程师，负责构建高性能跨平台应用并推动技术沉淀。
主要职责
- 基于Flutter技术栈开发并持续优化高性能、稳定的跨端应用。
- 搭建并维护公司Flutter标准化组件库，推动技术资产沉淀。
- 参与代码审查，确保代码质量符合Clean Architecture等设计规范。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学或软件工程相关专业。
- 4年以上工作经验，至少2年Flutter开发和2年Android开发经验。
- 深入理解Flutter框架原理，包括渲染机制、状态管理和Dart语言特性。
- 具备代码洁癖，遵循Clean Architecture等设计规范，重视可维护性。
- 良好的沟通能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员高效合作。
- 具备快速学习和自驱力，能够解决陌生领域的问题。
