Financial Business Partner – GS

About the role

Consultant of the management and key interface to business, serving as the first point of contact with GB/LE/RO for all finance issues. Interprets P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow (networking capital) and supports steering the business to advise GB/LE/RO.

Key responsibilities

• Interpretation of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and support business steering.
• Quality control across GB/LE/RO, including KPI monitoring and performance tracking with GS management.
• Provide decision‑relevant information and recommendations, evaluating different scenarios.
• Support escalation and task forces at local management level.
• Collaborate closely as a multifaceted key position driving customer satisfaction locally.
• Monitor financial target achievement, risks and opportunities.
• Cooperate with E2E cross‑functional CIP, drive changes and create value‑added services.
• Handle other finance accounting local on‑site tasks and government statistical reporting.

Required profile

• Strategic thinking with deep business insight of the company’s model and value drivers.
• Initiative for analytical problem solving and communication to advise management decisions.
• Good experience and knowledge of accounting standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of CIP standards and tools.
• Presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Effective time management and prioritisation.
