职位概况
负责产品成本分析、报价核算，并在产品全生命周期内与生产团队及客户协作，推动成本优化。
主要职责
- 开展深入的产品成本分析，定期监控成本波动及其原因。
- 完成产品报价核算，基于材料、制造、人工及间接费用数据。
- 作为业务伙伴，识别潜在机会和运营风险，提出并推动改进方案。
- 持续优化成本核算和业务流程，使用 AI 等新技术提升效率和准确性。
任职要求
- 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能顺畅对接生产及客户端。
- 抗压能力强，能在紧迫时间节点处理多项紧急成本核算工作。
- 快速响应突发变更、报价调整及业务异常。
- 具备产品成本核算工作经验，制造业背景优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用微软办公套件。
- 熟练使用 Power BI。
