About the role
Deloitte China’s Finance & Performance team is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to help leading organisations redesign finance processes, operations and technology. You will work with CFOs and finance teams to deliver strategic choices, advanced data‑driven insights and modern operating models that drive profitability and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your work against project plans to ensure a superior client experience.
- Understand client businesses, monitor sector trends and apply leading practices.
- Diagnose problems, conduct analysis and develop data‑based solutions for finance transformation.
- Gather and interpret financial information to strengthen recommendations.
- Present clear, concise ideas supported by appropriate data and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
