职位概况
负责公司多业务线的稽核审计与评价，撰写报告并推动整改，参与AI审计工具研发。
主要职责
- 对经纪、自营、资产管理等项目实施现场或非现场稽核审计并完成报告。
- 执行关键岗位及投资经理离任审计工作。
- 收集相关法规制度并开展部门培训。
- 参与制定稽核审计业务规范和工作指引，研究AI审计工具应用。
- 承担稽核项目具体工作，编写审计报告并跟进整改。
- 管理稽核项目档案，协助审计委员会等相关工作。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，审计、金融、信息技术等相关专业。
- 具备证券从业资格，3年以上证券基金期货行业合规风控或稽核审计经验。
- 拥有CPA、CIA、审计师或法律职业资格者优先。
- 具备AI审计或信息技术相关经验者优先。
- 具备良好的文字表达、人际沟通和团队协作能力，能适应定期出差。
