职位概况
负责公司多业务线的稽核审计与评价，撰写报告并推动整改，参与AI审计工具研发。
主要职责
- 对经纪、自营、资产管理等项目实施现场或非现场稽核审计并完成报告。
- 开展关键岗位离任审计、培训法规制度、完善稽核业务规范。
- 研究AI智能审计工具的应用，配合开发相关软件。
- 编写稽核提醒函并跟进整改，管理稽核项目档案。
- 参与审计委员会、廉洁从业、信息保护等相关工作。
任职要求
- 国内外正规院校审计、金融、信息技术等专业硕士及以上学历。
- 具备证券从业资格，3年以上证券基金期货行业合规风控或稽核审计经验。
- 拥有CPA、CIA、审计师或法律职业资格者优先。
- 具备AI审计、信息技术相关工作经验者优先。
- 思维积极、沟通能力佳，能适应定期出差。
