Field Service Team Leader

About the role

The Field Service Team Leader will oversee the safety, quality and efficiency of field and on‑site engineering activities across the territory. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure contractual commitments are met while supporting engineers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Edwards and legislative standards for people, process, equipment and environment.
• Schedule work, allocate resources and develop skill levels to optimise labour and material usage.
• Communicate engineering changes, product training and safety bulletins to the field team.
• Interface with customers, providing technical advice and handling product enquiries.
• Report events and actions to Customer Support, Superior Service Manager (China) and KAM managers for reliability analysis.
• Manage budget, track expenditures and ensure correct cost allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an electro‑mechanical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a semi‑conductor or industrial service environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervising skilled personnel.
• Strong PC proficiency for equipment and service management systems.
• Ability to write clear work instructions and procedures.
