About the role
The Field Sales Engineer will define critical markets and new customers in the assigned territory, develop strategic plans and build key relationships to drive solution selling for Arrow.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing contacts, and ensure customer satisfaction in supply chain management.
- Prepare internal quarterly business reviews, present strategic plans, and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell Arrow’s value‑add, supply‑chain and full‑life‑cycle programs, leveraging knowledge of pricing programs and supplier lines.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience, typically with a 4‑year degree.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans, present quarterly business reviews and lead customer meetings.
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments.
