EMS Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an EMS Program Manager to lead the value‑stream for our products at Bosch’s Wujin plant. The role combines product planning, project execution and cross‑functional coordination to ensure on‑time delivery, quality and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as value‑stream leader, accountable for Q, C, D, L KPIs.
• Lead product planning, including investment, budget, capacity and headcount, and approve resource plans from other departments.
• Own end‑to‑end project schedule, milestone tracking, risk management and cross‑department resource coordination.
• Drive the full APQP process through all five phases, securing prototype, trial run, mass‑production and PPAP approvals.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, weekly project reviews and monthly business summaries.
• Monitor abnormal issues such as quality defects, delivery delays, material shortages and engineering changes, and enforce CAPA closure.
• Develop business plans and define measures to achieve target production costs.
• Serve as the primary customer and sales contact within the plant to guarantee on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7‑10 years of manufacturing and project‑management experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position.
