About the role

Bosch is looking for a Motor Mechanical Designer to join its engineering team in Changsha. You will be responsible for driving the development of competitive motor products from concept through series production, ensuring high quality and cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer products across QGC0‑QGC5 stages and provide technical support for industrialisation and series production.
• Act as the local technical interface for customers, handling requirement engineering, product releases, engineering change releases and deviation management.
• Collaborate with platform development teams and expert networks for boundary‑condition checks, risk assessments, IPN cross‑releases and quality complaints.
• Plan, execute and follow up on business targets for EM‑IB, ensuring reliable delivery, cost competitiveness and stable product quality.
• Define release strategies for product industrialisation in coordination with internal customers, platform teams and NE.
• Apply the Bosch Engineering System from design through to industrialisation and support continuous improvement of global products.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Motor Engineering or Vehicle Engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proactive attitude with the ability to drive cross‑functional teams toward successful product launches.
