Electronic System Engineer – TS (Thermal System)

About the role

As an Electronic System Engineer for Thermal Systems (TS) at Bosch, you will contribute to the development of automotive ECU solutions for engine cooling fans, HVAC blowers and pumps. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into reliable hardware and software implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate customer requirements for TS products.
• Define ECU technical solutions, prepare deviation lists and discuss them with customers.
• Break down new software or hardware requirements and track their implementation across domains.
• Define functional system test scope, prepare electronics test plans and conduct or coordinate testing.
• Lead electronics‑related problem solving, including internal quality analysis and handling customer claims.
• Act as the electronics interface in project teams, prepare timing schedules, moderate meetings and monitor open issues.

Required profile

• More than 4 years of experience in electronic system, hardware or software development within automotive electronics.
• Hands‑on experience with TS product ECU development (engine cooling fan, HVAC blower or pump).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, computer science, automation or a related field.
