Economics & Business Management Teacher / Head of Learning Support – Chengdu

About the role

Léman International School Chengdu is seeking qualified educators to join its international community. The school offers two key positions: an Economics & Business Management Teacher responsible for delivering a rigorous curriculum to secondary students, and a Head of Learning Support who will lead the learning‑support programme across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Economics and Business Management lessons aligned with international standards.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate cross‑curricular projects and promote critical thinking.
• Lead the Learning Support team, overseeing individualized plans, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with parents, counselors, and external partners to ensure holistic student development.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in secondary education.
• Demonstrated expertise in Economics, Business Management, or learning‑support leadership.
