Economics & Business Management Teacher & Head of Learning Support – Chengdu

About the role

Léman Chengdu International School, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking two senior professionals to join its faculty: an Economics & Business Management Teacher and a Head of Learning Support. Both positions will start on 1 August 2026 and report directly to school leadership, contributing to the school’s international curriculum and student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Economics and Business Management lessons aligned with the International Baccalaureate framework.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
• Lead the Learning Support department, overseeing individualized support plans and coordinating with teachers.
• Develop and implement school‑wide wellbeing initiatives and inclusive learning practices.
• Collaborate with the global Nord Anglia network to integrate best‑practice pedagogies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for international education and student development.
• Strong global mindset with the ability to innovate within a fast‑changing environment.
• Experience in secondary education teaching or learning‑support leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
