Economics & Business Management Teacher & Head of Learning Support – Chengdu

About the role

Léman International School Chengdu is seeking two experienced educators to join its international community: an Economics & Business Management Teacher and a Head of Learning Support. Both positions will start on 1 August 2026 and support the school’s mission to deliver transformational learning in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Economics, Business Management and related curricula for secondary students.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
• Lead the Learning Support department, coordinating interventions, resources and staff to ensure inclusive education.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Nord Anglia network to integrate best practices and innovative pedagogies.
• Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities and community outreach.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in secondary education.
• Demonstrated expertise in Economics, Business Management or learning support leadership.
• Strong commitment to international mindedness and student wellbeing.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑growing school environment.
