Job description
职位概况
负责基于销售预测、客户订单、库存策略、供应计划及物流能力，制定并优化工厂/中央仓至RDC、前置仓或客户仓的分销补货计划，确保产品在正确时间、地点以合理库存满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 依据预测、订单、库存、运输日历等制定日/周度SKU-仓库维度补货计划，评估缺货风险与需求满足率。
- 监控仓库库存结构、DOH、低/超库存及慢动库存，动态调整补货建议。
- 每日跟踪补货执行情况，处理供应不足、需求突增、促销变化、天气及运输异常等。
- 跨部门协同，配合Demand Planner、Supply Planner、Customer Service等确保计划落地。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、工业工程、统计、数据分析等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上供应链计划、库存管理、物流计划或补货相关经验，FMCG、冷链或冰淇淋行业经验优先。
- 熟悉S&OP、DRP、库存策略、安全库存、MOQ、Lead Time等概念。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel
- 具备Power BI、Power Query、SQL、Python或自动化报表能力者优先
- 熟悉SAP、APO、Kinaxis、Polaris、WMS/TMS等供应链系统者优先
