职位概况
负责基于Kubernetes的云原生平台建设，维护关键中间件，打造高效CI/CD流水线，并推动AIOps智能化运维。
主要职责
- 设计并保障基于Kubernetes的云原生应用架构的稳定性。
- 维护Redis、Kafka、Pulsar、RabbitMQ等关键组件，进行性能调优和高可用设计。
- 建设、优化Jenkins、ArgoCD、GitLab CI等CI/CD流水线，提高交付效率。
- 排查微服务、分布式存储等复杂系统故障，沉淀通用解决方案和预案。
- 探索并落地AI监控、故障预测、自动修复等AIOps技术。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上，8年以上运维开发或相关经验。
- 精通Golang或Python，具备平台/系统设计开发经验。
- 熟悉至少一种中间件（Redis、Kafka、Pulsar、RabbitMQ）的原理、运维和调优。
- 熟练使用Jenkins、ArgoCD、GitLab CI等CI/CD工具链。
- 具备监控、日志、链路追踪等故障排查能力，热衷技术创新，具备良好团队协作能力。
