About the role

Young Contracting is expanding its team of construction professionals. We are looking for experienced and emerging talent to fill a range of positions, from senior project leadership to entry‑level field support and internships. All roles involve delivering high‑quality construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor selection and contract administration.
• Support project teams through estimating, scheduling, safety coordination and close‑out activities.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
• Provide administrative assistance throughout all project phases.
• Assist senior staff in field and office tasks while gaining hands‑on experience.

Required profile

• Relevant construction or engineering background for the specific role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel or work on‑site as required.

Required skills

• Project budgeting and scheduling fundamentals.
• Understanding of construction safety protocols.
• Basic proficiency with construction documentation and reporting.
