Senior Manager, Visual Offering

About the role

KONE is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead its global visual offering portfolio, covering user‑interface devices, in‑car displays, digital content and customer‑facing materials. The role is based in Shanghai/Kunshan and works with front‑line teams, R&D, supply chain and modernization colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve KONE’s global visual offering portfolio, ensuring it meets customer expectations and remains competitive.
• Collaborate with area teams and front‑line staff to create an actionable roadmap that balances market demand, cost competitiveness and innovation.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain and Modernization Business Line to turn the roadmap into market‑ready solutions.
• Drive successful launches, adoption and phase‑out of legacy offerings while maintaining global cost, quality and lead‑time targets.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and generate customer insights to keep the portfolio differentiated.
• Support lifecycle value growth, service retention and customer engagement throughout the building lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in offering, product or portfolio management in a commercial setting.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to develop value propositions, business cases and cost‑competitive strategies.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑cultural teams.
• Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate effectively with R&D on competitive solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
