职位概况
负责电驱动应用的差速器系统（开放式、限滑式、锁止式）从概念设计到批量生产的全流程开发与优化。
主要职责
- 设计并发布差速器壳体、承载体、齿轮、轴承及接口部件，满足性能、耐久性、可制造性及包装要求。
- 进行齿轮、轴承及差速系统的机械计算与分析，确保效率、可靠性和NVH指标。
- 制定润滑方案，集成差速锁止机构，并优化与最终驱动和传动轴的接口。
- 维护3D模型、2D图纸、GD&T、BOM及技术文档，配合仿真、测试、制造、供应商及整车团队完成验证和工业化。
- 支持设计评审、根因分析、工程变更管理及持续改进。
任职要求
- 机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备数年传动与差速器研发经验。
- 熟悉差速器设计、斜齿轮、轴承、传动理论及车辆动力学。
- 熟练使用机械CAD软件，具备良好的分析与问题解决能力。
- 英语流利，德语优先。
