Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) - Beijing

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a CTA in Beijing to perform daily administrative activities alongside the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams. The goal is to deliver a complete and accurate Trial Master File.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Associates and the Regulatory and Start-Up team in keeping clinical documents and systems (such as the Trial Master File) up to date, tracking site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Help prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Take part in periodic reviews of study files for completeness.
• Support the preparation, handling and distribution of clinical trial supplies and maintain tracking information.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms, queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central contact for the clinical team on project communications, correspondence and related documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits to support clinical monitoring after completing required training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of English.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
• Awareness of clinical research regulatory requirements such as GCP and ICH guidelines, as covered in company training.
• Knowledge of protocol requirements, as covered in company training.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
