Business Development Manager - China

About the role

The Business Development Manager will be an integral part of Keywords Studios' Chinese sales team, focusing on client‑centric growth, revenue preservation, and cross‑selling across all service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Keywords Studios service offerings for all available service lines in collaboration with the Global Business Development Director and China Country Manager.
• Maintain professional standards during all sales activities, reflecting the company's industry leadership.
• Preserve and grow current client revenue by nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Act as an ambassador to solve client problems and build trusted partnerships.
• Keep service offering knowledge up‑to‑date to provide the latest solutions.
• Visit clients, represent Keywords at conferences, develop new business, map white‑space opportunities, prospect leads and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience in the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong customer‑orientation, listening ability and basic business knowledge.
• Flexibility and quick thinking to handle diverse customer scenarios.
• Outstanding communication, phone and presentation skills.
