BSP Development Engineer

About the role
Responsible for developing BSP software components for customer projects on QNX, Linux and Android platforms, and collaborating with hardware teams to bring up embedded platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize bootloaders such as XBL and U‑boot.
- Integrate on‑chip drivers (I2C, SPI, UART, USB) and camera/display drivers.
- Track and resolve BSP‑level issues, support testing and validation.
- Trim Linux kernel and root filesystem for custom requirements.
Required profile
- Graduated in Computer, Electronics, Communication or related fields.
- Proficient in C/C++ with good programming style and debugging skills.
- Familiar with operating system principles, hardware interfaces and embedded boot sequences.
Required skills
- Embedded development experience (preferred).
- In‑depth knowledge of Linux/Android/QNX device driver models.
- Experience with storage partitions, filesystems, and camera/display software stacks (Linux V4L2, DRM, QNX screen, AIS).
- Hands‑on with interfaces and timing for camera/display (DP, DSI, CSI).
