职位概况

负责通过高质量服务和准确沟通确保客户满意度，管理设备安全与性能，推动销售服务维修及线索处理。

主要职责

确保客户满意度，处理服务质量投诉及发票争议。
依据服务合同、KONE质量标准及当地规定提供服务，控制现场作业成本。
管理报修、维修销售及邻近库存物品价值。
协调第三方查访、技术人员调度及绩效管理，确保安全与工作负荷均衡。
制定并优化维保计划、路线及现场审核，调查事故并遵守公司政策。
