About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Sales team in Wenzhou to drive growth in hospital and health‑system accounts. You will develop and execute cost‑effective, data‑driven sales initiatives that improve customer retention and competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement innovative programs to advance Clinical Sales – Hospital Systems capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven strategies.
- Advise physicians on clinical attributes of products and manage customer accounts.
- Coach junior colleagues on sales techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales initiatives in a MedTech or healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategy.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior sales staff.
- Commitment to Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
