Assistant Data Management Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain (modify, convert, extend, block, delete) and administer data for one or more of the following sources: customers; suppliers; products; material; equipment.
• Ensure the master data creation/change request forms are correctly completed.
• Execute the requested data entry or modification received from the Data Specialist and upon approval from the Data Manager.
• Contact the unit data specialist or local front officer for information as and when required.
• Ensure data adheres to the Master Data Management team standards (Appropriate, Adequate and Accurate data) and KONE quality requirements for daily requests received for the creation of new records and the maintenance of existing records in the master database, as per the applicable KONE standard and KONE way processes.
• Shared usage of partners at system level (applicable in customer and supplier data management).
• Request duplication management and customer hierarchy management to the Data Specialist – Customer as required (applicable in customer data management).
