Asset Management Senior Associate

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the asset management of a diversified real‑estate portfolio. The role combines strategic oversight, performance monitoring, and risk management across multiple real‑estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the asset management of a diversified portfolio of real‑estate investments, driving performance, value creation, and risk management.
• Oversee leasing summaries, ensuring accuracy of leasing data, financial information, and asset‑level reporting.
• Provide market insights by continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and macro‑economic developments.
• Review commercial documents such as lease agreements, budgets, capital‑expenditure proposals, and payments for alignment with internal governance.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across portfolio assets to meet approved business plans and return targets.
• Lead interactions with portfolio companies, property managers, and external partners to execute asset strategies and comply with fund requirements.
• Partner with internal teams (investment, finance, legal, ESG) to deliver timely investor reporting and support fundraising activities.
• Assist in asset disposal activities and lead ESG initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and GRESB reporting.
