职位概况
面向有志于物业管理的毕业生，提供项目/部门管理岗位的储备机会，涵盖一线实操、轮岗学习及公司级培训体系。
主要职责
- 作为项目/部门管理岗位储备人选。
- 参与一线岗位顶岗实操或跟岗学习，熟练掌握基础岗位工作流程。
- 参与部门或项目轮岗安排，成为公司专业或项目管理人才储备。
- 参与各部门轮岗学习，进入公司级培训体系。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，土木工程、工程管理、电气、自动化、消防、给排水、楼宇智能化等工程相关专业，或物业管理、旅游管理、酒店管理等服务管理类专业。
- 具备亲和力，表达能力强，服务意识佳。
- 工作积极主动，有责任心和上进心，抗压能力强，接受外派。
- 熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公软件。
