职位概况
长城物业集团面向2022届应届毕业生提供管培生岗位，旨在通过3-5年的培养计划，将优秀人才培养为项目经理或关键专业岗位的管理者。
主要职责
- 协助项目经理开展辖区内各项物业服务管理工作，熟悉项目运转并通过轮岗实习了解各岗位职责。
- 为客户提供多元化服务，确保达成公司物业品质指标。
任职要求
- 2022届统招本科及以上学历，专业不限；毕业后可正式入职，统一入职时间7月份。
- 具备良好的沟通协调、人际交往能力，逻辑清晰，善于观察分析，抗压能力强，吃苦耐劳，乐于持续学习。
- 具备一定的异动性，可接受天津或东北三省工作地点调动。
我们提供
- 税前月薪5500元，签订3年正式劳动合同（试用期3个月，薪资100%发放）。
- 五险一金、带薪年假、午餐补助240元、免费住宿、年度体检。
- 系统化培养计划、岗位培训、网络学院及多条晋升通道（管理或专业方向）。
- 工作时间8:30-17:30，月休6-8天，工作地点可在天津各城区就近分配。
