About the role
The Asset Associate, IP&E supports the efficient management of inventory and product lifecycle for our operations in Shenzhen. You will work closely with sales, procurement and supplier teams to ensure accurate forecasting, order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and fulfill open sales orders.
- Conduct forecasting and regular inventory reviews.
- Manage product life‑cycle activities, including placement and adjustment of purchase orders.
- Review sludge reports, handle write‑offs, write‑downs and returns.
- Resolve sales and supplier related questions, negotiate special returns and address discrepancies.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and act as an informal resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
- Strong analytical mindset to identify key issues from partial or conflicting data.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can spot less obvious solutions.
