Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to manage the full spectrum of financial processes, from invoice verification to month‑end reporting. The role supports both local and headquarters requirements, ensuring accurate cost allocation, budgeting, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve AP invoices and verify purchase requisitions.
• Check and endorse purchase requisitions and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Monitor accruals, maintain supporting documentation, and follow up with departments to clear outstanding balances.
• Maintain and administer cost centers in the ERP system, including creation, modification, and deactivation aligned with organizational changes.
• Update departmental expense reporting templates to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Prepare budget and rolling forecast reports in line with local and HQ deadlines.
• Produce various analysis reports as requested by business and line leaders.
• Consolidate monthly P&L for ESEA and perform entity‑level profit forecasting to support tax planning.
• Generate sales express reports to aid business team sales forecasts.
• Develop cash‑flow forecast reports as required.
• Manage transfer pricing and intra‑group pricing activities.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by line leaders.
