Account Representative – Amazon Export Sales

About the role
Amazon’s international transportation solutions help sellers leverage the fulfillment program. As an Account Representative you will drive growth for Amazon’s seller business by managing a portfolio of export accounts and identifying new opportunities in your territory.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers.
- Respond to, qualify and pursue incoming inquiries to achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory plan, including outbound calling against target lists.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners to grow revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage multiple requests strategically.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of professional or military experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying and cold‑calling companies.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management
