主要职责
- 响应业务需求，高效完成员工招聘、绩效考核、政策解读等人力资源保障工作。
- 深度参与业务团队核心人才保留、考核激励、培养计划，提升团队活力。
- 洞察团队问题，预警人才梯队断层、士气低迷等风险，制定干预策略并执行。
- 关注员工日常状态，策划组织文化活动，提升士气与组织认同。
任职要求
- 统招应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 对商业逻辑和业务运转有强烈好奇心，具备逻辑分析与问题解决能力。
- 具备高情商与同理心，跨部门沟通能力强，能感知团队情绪并化解冲突。
- 抗压自驱，拥抱变化，持续学习并尝试前沿AI工具。
