职位概况
礼来公司面向2027届毕业生推出医药推广储备生项目，提供不少于3个月的实习机会，帮助学生在真实业务场景中学习专业知识并积累实战经验。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握礼来公司及医药行业相关信息、产品与合规知识。
- 在资深经理和带教伙伴指导下，进行学术推广，向区域客户提供解决方案。
- 协助地区经理与客户沟通，参与区域市场项目的执行与实施。
- 协调内外跨团队资源，支持跨部门合作。
任职要求
- 全日制本科或以上学历的2027年应届毕业生，医学、药学或相关专业。
- 具备出色的沟通能力、学习能力和积极主动的工作态度。
- 能够实习至少3个月，优先考虑有医药行业实习或高校组织经验者。
